Deleting your account removes: • Your account itself (email, sign-in credentials). • Every category of data you've added: tasks, health records (health profile, food inventory, diet plans, BMI/InBody history), finance records (transactions, goals, debts, bills, budgets, recurring items, saved card nicknames), wardrobe items and outfits, entertainment watchlist/history, saved places, your AI chat conversation history, notification tokens, and app-usage/personalization data ZOVVA stores for your account. The app's local data and the local bank-notification queue on your device are also cleared. • Any files you've uploaded to ZOVVA's cloud storage under your account. One documented exception — Family-shared data: if you're part of a Family group, shared items that other members still rely on — shared tasks, shared food inventory, and allowance-ledger transfer records — are not deleted when you leave the family or delete your account. This is intentional: those records also belong to another member's history (for example, a balance transfer is part of the other person's financial record too), so deleting your account only removes your own membership and location-sharing entry, not the family's shared history. Google Calendar / Google Tasks / Gmail access: if you signed in with Google, deleting your ZOVVA account does not automatically revoke ZOVVA's access to your Google Calendar or Google Tasks, and — if you separately connected Gmail — does not revoke that Gmail permission either. To remove any of these separately, visit myaccount.google.com and remove ZOVVA's permissions there. Data retention: ZOVVA does not keep your account content after deletion beyond what's described above (with the Family exception noted above). Server-side usage, credit and rate-limit records, your family membership, shared location/places, and your own reviews and likes are deleted too. What is kept: records of Google Play purchases (account id, product, time) as needed for billing, refund, dispute and accounting obligations; security/audit logs; and ad-reward transaction ids without any link to you. Google Play, AdMob and Firebase Authentication keep their own records under their own policies, and cloud backups and logs expire on Google's schedule. If your device is offline when you delete, some cloud data may remain — email us and we will remove it. We have not independently verified how long our third-party service providers (Google/Firebase, DeepSeek) retain data in their own backend logs beyond what's needed to process each request — see the Privacy Policy for details on what's sent to them.

حذف حسابك يزيل: • الحساب نفسه (البريد الإلكتروني، بيانات تسجيل الدخول). • كل فئة من البيانات التي أضفتها: المهام، السجلات الصحية (الملف الصحي، مخزون الطعام، خطط الحمية، سجل BMI/InBody)، السجلات المالية (المعاملات، الأهداف، الديون، الفواتير، الميزانيات، العناصر المتكررة، أسماء البطاقات المحفوظة)، عناصر خزانة الملابس والإطلالات، قائمة المشاهدة/سجل الترفيه، الأماكن المحفوظة، سجل محادثاتك مع المساعد الذكي، ورموز الإشعارات، وبيانات الاستخدام/التخصيص التي يحتفظ بها ZOVVA لحسابك. كما تُمسح بيانات التطبيق المحلية وقائمة إشعارات البنوك المحلية على جهازك. • أي ملفات رفعتها إلى التخزين السحابي الخاص بـ ZOVVA تحت حسابك. استثناء واحد موثّق — بيانات العائلة المشتركة: إذا كنت ضمن مجموعة عائلية، فإن العناصر المشتركة التي يعتمد عليها الأعضاء الآخرون — المهام المشتركة، مخزون الطعام المشترك، وسجلات تحويلات المخصصات — لا تُحذف عند مغادرتك المجموعة أو حذف حسابك. هذا مقصود: هذه السجلات تخص أيضاً سجل عضو آخر (مثلاً، تحويل رصيد هو جزء من السجل المالي للطرف الآخر أيضاً)، لذا حذف حسابك يزيل فقط عضويتك الخاصة وإدخال مشاركة الموقع، وليس السجل المشترك للعائلة. الوصول إلى Google Calendar / Google Tasks / Gmail: إذا سجّلت الدخول عبر Google، فإن حذف حسابك في ZOVVA لا يُلغي تلقائياً وصول ZOVVA إلى تقويم Google أو مهام Google الخاصة بك، ولا يُلغي — إذا ربطت Gmail بشكل منفصل — إذن Gmail ذاك أيضاً. لإزالة أي منها بشكل منفصل، توجّه إلى myaccount.google.com وأزل أذونات ZOVVA من هناك. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: لا يحتفظ ZOVVA بمحتوى حسابك بعد الحذف بما يتجاوز ما هو موضح أعلاه (مع استثناء العائلة المذكور أعلاه). كما تُحذف سجلات الاستخدام والرصيد وعدّادات المعدلات على الخادم وعضويتك العائلية وموقعك وأماكنك المشتركة ومراجعاتك وإعجاباتك. ما يبقى: سجلات مشتريات Google Play (معرّف الحساب والمنتج والوقت) بقدر ما يلزم للفوترة والاسترداد والنزاعات والالتزامات المحاسبية؛ وسجلات الأمان والتدقيق؛ ومعرّفات مكافآت الإعلانات دون أي ارتباط بك. وتحتفظ Google Play وAdMob وFirebase Authentication بسجلاتها الخاصة وفق سياساتها، وتنتهي النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات السحابية وفق جدول Google. وإذا كان جهازك غير متصل عند الحذف فقد تبقى بعض بيانات السحابة — راسلنا وسنزيلها. لم نتحقق بشكل مستقل من المدة التي يحتفظ بها مزوّدو الخدمة من طرف ثالث (Google/Firebase، DeepSeek) بالبيانات في سجلاتهم الداخلية الخاصة بما يتجاوز ما يلزم لمعالجة كل طلب — انظر سياسة الخصوصية لمزيد من التفاصيل حول ما يُرسَل إليهم.
