ZOVVA is a personal life-management app (tasks, finance, health & fitness tracking, family, wardrobe, entertainment) with an AI assistant. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, who else receives it, and how you control it.

We collect the following categories of information: • Account details: name, email address and phone number when you create an account (email/password or Google Sign-In). You can also use ZOVVA as a guest, which creates an anonymous account with no email or password. • Health & fitness information (see Section 3): your body profile (weight, height, age, gender, goals), food inventory and diet plans, plus steps, sleep, weight, active calories and exercise sessions you allow the app to read. • Financial data: transactions, goals, debts, recurring bills, budgets and saved card nicknames (network and last 4 digits only — never the full number, CVV or PIN). If you turn on bank-notification reading and/or SMS-based detection, transactions detected from your bank notifications or bank/wallet SMS (see Section 4); if you connect Gmail, transactions detected from bank/wallet transaction emails (see Section 8). • Family data, if you join a family group: shared tasks, shared food inventory and an internal allowance ledger, visible to members of that group. • Tasks, routines, wardrobe items and photos you add, and entertainment items you save. • Your conversations with the ZOVVA AI assistant, saved as chat history linked to your account. • Photos you scan (food labels, InBody results, receipts, clothing) — see Section 5. • Voice: microphone audio if you use voice features — see Section 5. • Location, only if you allow it — see Section 7. • Purchase data if you buy a subscription or credit pack — see Section 9. • Technical data collected automatically: device/app diagnostics, crash reports, performance measurements, usage events and, if ads are shown, the Android advertising ID — see Sections 10 and 11.

Health Connect (Android): if you connect it, ZOVVA asks permission to read only these data types: steps, sleep (including sleep stages), weight, active calories burned, and exercise sessions. ZOVVA does not read heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, oxygen saturation, body temperature or any other vital sign, and it does not read or write medication data. Each permission is optional and can be withdrawn at any time in Health Connect or Android settings. Phone step sensor: if Health Connect has no steps, ZOVVA can count steps using your phone's built-in step sensor. This needs the Android "Physical activity" permission, which is requested only after an explanation screen and only when you agree. The count comes from your phone's sensor — ZOVVA does not read your smartwatch directly; a watch's steps reach ZOVVA only if the watch's own app writes them into Health Connect. Where it is stored: today's counters (steps, sleep, water, calories) and body-scan results stay on your device. Your health profile (weight, height, age, gender, goals), food inventory and diet plans are saved to your account in our cloud database. Health information is used to show your dashboards and goals, not for advertising, and is not sold. ZOVVA is a personal tracker and is not a medical device or a substitute for medical advice.

ZOVVA has two independent, optional ways to detect bank/wallet transactions automatically. Both are off until you turn them on from Finance settings, and you can turn either off at any time without affecting the other or anything else in the app. Notification access: if you turn on automatic bank-notification detection, ZOVVA asks you to enable Android "Notification access" for the app. • ZOVVA looks only at notifications from a fixed list of banking and wallet apps and ignores all other notifications. • From a matching notification it extracts the amount, merchant, date and type (spent/received). The original notification text is not saved in your records and is not sent to our servers or to any AI provider; only the extracted transaction (with a short merchant name or a generic title) is saved, exactly like a transaction you entered by hand. You can edit or delete it. • If the app is not running when a notification arrives, a limited local queue on your device holds the matching notifications for up to 7 days so they can be processed later. It is cleared when you sign out, switch accounts or delete your account. SMS reading: if you turn on automatic SMS-based detection, ZOVVA shows an in-app explanation first, then asks Android for permission to receive and read SMS. • ZOVVA checks the sender of each SMS on your device. Messages from senders it does not recognize as a bank, wallet or payment switch are ignored immediately: never stored, never synced and never sent anywhere. • From a recognized message it extracts the same information as notification detection (amount, merchant, date, spent/received). Only that extracted transaction is saved, with a short one-way fingerprint used to avoid duplicates; the SMS text itself is never stored, synced, or sent to our servers or to any AI provider. • ZOVVA never sends, composes or deletes SMS. Turning this on also runs a one-time check of the last 30 days of your phone's own SMS inbox, to catch recent bank messages sent before you enabled it; ZOVVA keeps no separate local copy of your SMS beyond that one-time check — your phone's own SMS app remains the only place they are stored. Both sources feed the same detection engine, so a transaction either one reports is never logged twice, and you can use neither, either, or both.

ZOVVA's AI features are not fully on-device. Depending on what you do: • Text chat with the AI assistant is sent to DeepSeek, a third-party AI provider, through our own secure server gateway, together with the conversation and only the context needed for that request (for example recent tasks or, for a question about money, recent transactions including their notes). Health, activity and sleep data are added to a request only when your message is actually about health or fitness; a finance or task request does not carry them. • Photos you scan (food labels, InBody results, receipts, clothing) are sent to Google's Gemini AI to extract information. The photo is processed for that request and is not stored by ZOVVA afterward. • Classic voice mode listens using your device's built-in speech recognition (only the resulting text reaches ZOVVA, not a recording) and, when it speaks a reply, sends the text to Google's Gemini text-to-speech. Your phone's operating system may itself process speech with Google's or Apple's service, outside ZOVVA's control. • Gemini Live voice conversation: while a Gemini Live conversation is open, your microphone audio is streamed live to Google's Gemini Live service (through Firebase AI Logic) and Google's spoken reply is streamed back. ZOVVA does not record or save this audio in our cloud database or storage, and the on-screen transcript is not saved after the conversation ends. • Entertainment search text is sent to OMDb, and place searches, address look-ups and travel-time requests are sent to Google Maps Platform (Google Places, Geocoding, Directions) — all through our server gateway. Place requests include your search text and, when you use nearby search or travel time, the coordinates involved. Neither provider receives your account identity. Your saved chat history is stored in our cloud database until you delete it or delete your account. These providers apply their own retention and privacy terms, which we do not control.

The camera is used only when you scan an item or take a photo; the microphone only when you start a voice feature. Both permissions are requested when needed and can be denied or revoked in Android settings — the rest of the app keeps working.

Device location: requested only while the app is in use (never in the background) and read only when needed, for example to link a life event to a nearby place. There is no continuous tracking. You may deny it. Family location sharing (optional, off by default): if you turn it on, your current location — never a history — is shared with your family group while sharing is on and the app is open. Turning it off removes your last shared location.

Signing in with Google asks only for your basic Google account details: your email address, and the name and profile picture that come with it. ZOVVA uses the name as your account name (saved with your account and used, for example, to address you in the app and by the AI assistant) and shows the picture as your profile photo; you can change both in your profile. Google Calendar and Google Tasks are separate and optional: ZOVVA asks for read-and-write access to Google Calendar (to sync events) and Google Tasks (to sync tasks in both directions) only if you tap "Connect Google Calendar & Tasks" in Settings — not when you sign in. Earlier versions of ZOVVA asked for Calendar and Tasks access during Google sign-in; if you granted it then, ZOVVA keeps syncing with that existing access without asking again. You can stop this at any time with "Disconnect Google Calendar & Tasks" in Settings. Disconnecting in ZOVVA, or deleting your ZOVVA account, does not by itself revoke the Google permission — remove ZOVVA at myaccount.google.com/permissions to do that. Gmail (optional, separate from the above): if you tap "Connect Gmail" in Settings, ZOVVA requests one additional, read-only Google permission (gmail.readonly) to detect bank and wallet transaction emails and meeting invitations — a separate step from signing in, shown only when you choose it. ZOVVA never sends, deletes or modifies any email, and does not read your inbox in general: it searches only recent messages (the last 30 days, at most 90) that look like a bank or wallet transaction or a meeting invitation (including calendar .ics attachments), and reads the content only of those messages, on your device; checking your email does not use any AI. From a transaction email it saves the extracted transaction (amount, merchant, date); from an invitation it creates a task titled with the email's subject. Gmail's short preview of the message (about 200 characters) is saved as that transaction's or task's note; full email bodies are never stored. These items then become part of your records: when you ask the AI assistant about money, recent transactions — including a saved email preview in their note — may be sent to DeepSeek through our servers as context (see Section 5), and a task created from an invitation may be included by its title when you ask about your tasks. Task notes are not sent. You can disconnect at any time from Settings ("Disconnect Gmail"); this immediately stops ZOVVA from reading any further Gmail messages. Disconnecting in ZOVVA stops ZOVVA's own access but does not by itself revoke the underlying Google permission grant — to fully revoke it on Google's side, remove ZOVVA's Gmail access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, the same place Calendar/Tasks access above is managed.

If you buy a subscription or credit pack through Google Play Billing, we receive the product ID and Google's purchase token, and a server-side Cloud Function verifies the purchase directly with Google Play and records your plan, credit balance and usage in a server-only record tied to your account. We never receive or store your card number — Google Play handles payment.

On the free plan, ZOVVA shows ads (through Google AdMob), such as a full-screen ad when the app opens or between some actions. Paid plans have no ads. Google and its ad partners may collect the Android advertising ID and related technical data to select and measure ads, under their own privacy policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalization, in Android settings.

We use Firebase Analytics for a small set of named usage events that do not include your messages or transaction amounts, Firebase Crashlytics for automatic crash reports (device/OS information and the failing code path), and Firebase Performance Monitoring for app speed. None of these include the content of your personal data.

Besides local reminders generated on your device, ZOVVA can send push notifications, which requires registering a device token tied to your account. Signing out stops this device receiving notifications for your account.

Your account data is stored with Firebase (Google Cloud) using encryption in transit and at rest, and access rules that restrict each user's data to that user (shared family data only to verified members of the same group). Scanned photos are processed and discarded, not uploaded to our storage.

Your data is kept until you delete it or delete your account. Deleting your account from Settings removes your account data from our cloud database and file storage — including your profile, tasks, finance data and saved cards, diet plans, food inventory, wardrobe, chat history, memory, and notification tokens — and clears the app's local data and the local notification queue on your device. Also removed: your server-side usage, credit and rate-limit records, your family membership, shared location and shared places, and your own reviews and likes. Data on your device is erased when you delete, provided the device is online for the cloud part; if it is offline, some cloud data may remain and you can ask us to remove it (Section 17). Exceptions: (1) if you are in a family group, shared items other members rely on (shared tasks, shared food inventory, allowance-ledger transfer records) are not deleted, because they are also part of other members' records; (2) records of Google Play purchases (account id, product, time) are kept as needed for billing, refund and dispute handling and accounting obligations, and security/audit logs are kept for security purposes; ad-reward transaction ids are kept without any link to you; (3) Google Play, AdMob and Firebase Authentication keep their own records under their own policies, and cloud backups and logs expire on Google's schedule; (4) deleting your account does not revoke Google Calendar/Tasks access — see Section 8. You can also request deletion by contacting us (Section 17).

You may at any time: view your data in the app; export a copy of your health, finance and task data from Settings; disable Health Connect, Physical activity, Notification access, SMS permission, location, camera or microphone in Android settings; disconnect Gmail from Settings; and delete your account and its data from Settings.

If we make a material change we will update the date above and, where required, tell you in the app before it applies.

Health Connect (أندرويد): إذا ربطته، يطلب ZOVVA إذن قراءة هذه الأنواع فقط: الخطوات، والنوم (بما فيه مراحل النوم)، والوزن، والسعرات النشطة المحروقة، وجلسات التمرين. لا يقرأ ZOVVA معدل ضربات القلب أو ضغط الدم أو سكر الدم أو تشبّع الأكسجين أو درجة حرارة الجسم أو أي علامة حيوية أخرى، ولا يقرأ أو يكتب بيانات الأدوية. كل إذن اختياري ويمكن سحبه في أي وقت من Health Connect أو إعدادات أندرويد. حساس الخطوات في الهاتف: إذا لم يكن لدى Health Connect خطوات، يمكن لـ ZOVVA عدّ الخطوات بحساس الخطوات المدمج في هاتفك. يتطلب ذلك إذن «النشاط البدني» في أندرويد، ولا يُطلب إلا بعد شاشة توضيحية وبموافقتك. يأتي العدّ من حساس هاتفك — ZOVVA لا يقرأ ساعتك الذكية مباشرة؛ خطوات الساعة تصل إلى ZOVVA فقط إذا كتب تطبيق الساعة نفسه بياناتها في Health Connect. أين تُخزَّن: عدّادات اليوم (الخطوات والنوم والماء والسعرات) ونتائج فحوص الجسم تبقى على جهازك. أما ملفك الصحي (الوزن والطول والعمر والجنس والأهداف) ومخزون الطعام وخطط الحمية فتُحفظ في حسابك على قاعدة بياناتنا السحابية. تُستخدم معلومات الصحة لعرض لوحاتك وأهدافك، لا للإعلانات، ولا تُباع. ZOVVA أداة متابعة شخصية وليست جهازاً طبياً ولا بديلاً عن المشورة الطبية.

يملك ZOVVA طريقتين مستقلتين واختياريتين لرصد معاملات البنك والمحفظة تلقائياً. كلتاهما متوقفتان حتى تفعّلهما من إعدادات المالية، ويمكنك إيقاف أي منهما في أي وقت دون التأثير على الأخرى أو على أي شيء آخر في التطبيق. الوصول إلى الإشعارات: إذا فعّلت الاكتشاف التلقائي من إشعارات البنوك، يطلب منك ZOVVA تفعيل «الوصول إلى الإشعارات» في أندرويد. • ينظر ZOVVA فقط إلى إشعارات قائمة ثابتة من تطبيقات البنوك والمحافظ ويتجاهل كل الإشعارات الأخرى. • من الإشعار المطابق يستخرج المبلغ والتاجر والتاريخ والنوع (مصروف/دخل). لا يُحفظ نص الإشعار الأصلي ضمن سجلاتك ولا يُرسل إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي؛ تُحفظ فقط المعاملة المستخرجة (باسم تاجر قصير أو عنوان عام) تماماً كمعاملة أدخلتها بيدك، ويمكنك تعديلها أو حذفها. • إذا لم يكن التطبيق يعمل عند وصول الإشعار، تحتفظ قائمة محلية محدودة على جهازك بالإشعارات المطابقة حتى 7 أيام لمعالجتها لاحقاً. وتُمسح عند تسجيل الخروج أو تبديل الحساب أو حذف الحساب. قراءة الرسائل النصية (SMS): إذا فعّلت الرصد التلقائي عبر الرسائل النصية، يعرض ZOVVA أولاً شرحاً داخل التطبيق، ثم يطلب من أندرويد إذن استقبال وقراءة الرسائل النصية (SMS). • يتحقق ZOVVA من مُرسِل كل رسالة نصية على جهازك. الرسائل من مُرسلين لا يتعرّف عليهم كبنك أو محفظة إلكترونية أو وسيط دفع تُتجاهَل فوراً: لا تُحفظ ولا تُزامَن ولا تُرسَل إلى أي مكان. • من الرسالة المعروفة يستخرج نفس معلومات رصد الإشعارات (المبلغ والتاجر والتاريخ ومصروف/دخل). تُحفظ فقط المعاملة المستخرجة مع بصمة قصيرة أحادية الاتجاه لمنع التكرار؛ أما نص الرسالة نفسه فلا يُحفظ ولا يُزامَن ولا يُرسَل إلى خوادمنا أو إلى أي مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي. • لا يرسل ZOVVA رسائل نصية ولا يُنشئها ولا يحذفها أبداً. كما يقوم تفعيل هذا الخيار بفحص مرة واحدة لآخر 30 يوماً من صندوق الرسائل النصية في هاتفك، لرصد رسائل البنك الحديثة المرسلة قبل تفعيلك الخيار؛ ولا يحتفظ ZOVVA بنسخة محلية منفصلة من رسائلك النصية بعد هذا الفحص لمرة واحدة — يبقى تطبيق الرسائل في هاتفك هو المكان الوحيد الذي تُخزَّن فيه. يغذّي المصدران نفس محرك الرصد، فلا تُسجَّل المعاملة نفسها التي يرصدها أي منهما مرتين، ويمكنك استخدام أي منهما أو كليهما أو عدم استخدام أي منهما.

ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي في ZOVVA لا تعمل بالكامل على جهازك. حسب ما تفعله: • محادثات النص مع المساعد تُرسَل إلى DeepSeek، وهو مزوّد ذكاء اصطناعي من طرف ثالث، عبر بوابة خوادم آمنة خاصة بنا، مع المحادثة وما يلزم فقط من السياق لهذا الطلب (مثل المهام الأخيرة، أو عند سؤال عن المال: المعاملات الأخيرة بما فيها ملاحظاتها). لا تُضاف بيانات الصحة أو النشاط أو النوم إلى الطلب إلا إذا كانت رسالتك فعلاً عن الصحة أو اللياقة؛ فطلبات المال أو المهام لا تحملها. • الصور التي تمسحها (ملصقات الطعام، نتائج InBody، الإيصالات، الملابس) تُرسَل إلى Gemini من Google لاستخراج المعلومات. تُعالَج الصورة لهذا الطلب ولا يحتفظ بها ZOVVA بعد ذلك. • وضع الصوت الكلاسيكي يستمع إليك بمحرك التعرف على الكلام المدمج في جهازك (يصل إلى ZOVVA النص الناتج فقط وليس تسجيلاً)، وعند نطق الرد يُرسَل النص إلى خدمة تحويل النص إلى كلام من Gemini. وقد يعالج نظام تشغيل هاتفك الكلام بخدمة Google أو Apple خارج سيطرة ZOVVA. • محادثة Gemini Live الصوتية: أثناء فتح المحادثة، يُبَث صوت الميكروفون مباشرة إلى خدمة Gemini Live من Google (عبر Firebase AI Logic) ويُبَث ردها الصوتي إليك. لا يسجل ZOVVA هذا الصوت ولا يحفظه في قاعدة بياناتنا أو تخزيننا، ولا يُحفظ النص المعروض على الشاشة بعد انتهاء المحادثة. • نص البحث الترفيهي يُرسَل إلى OMDb، وطلبات البحث عن الأماكن وتحويل الإحداثيات إلى عناوين ووقت التنقل تُرسَل إلى Google Maps Platform (Google Places وGeocoding وDirections) — كلها عبر بوابة خوادمنا. تتضمن طلبات الأماكن نص بحثك، وعند استخدام البحث القريب أو وقت التنقل الإحداثيات المعنية. ولا تستلم أي من الجهتين هوية حسابك. يُخزَّن سجل محادثاتك المحفوظ في قاعدة بياناتنا السحابية حتى تحذفه أو تحذف حسابك. لهذه الجهات سياسات احتفاظ وخصوصية خاصة بها لا نتحكم فيها.

تُستخدم الكاميرا فقط عندما تمسح عنصراً أو تلتقط صورة، والميكروفون فقط عندما تبدأ ميزة صوتية. يُطلب الإذنان عند الحاجة ويمكن رفضهما أو سحبهما من إعدادات أندرويد، ويستمر باقي التطبيق بالعمل.

موقع الجهاز: يُطلب أثناء استخدام التطبيق فقط (وليس في الخلفية) ويُقرأ عند الحاجة فقط، مثل ربط حدث حياتي بمكان قريب. لا يوجد تتبع مستمر. يمكنك رفضه. مشاركة موقع العائلة (اختيارية، معطّلة افتراضياً): إذا فعّلتها، يُشارَك موقعك الحالي — وليس سجلاً لمواقعك — مع مجموعتك العائلية طالما أن المشاركة مفعّلة والتطبيق مفتوح. إيقافها يزيل آخر موقع شاركته.

تسجيل الدخول عبر Google يطلب بيانات حسابك الأساسية فقط: بريدك الإلكتروني، والاسم وصورة الحساب المرفقين به. يستخدم ZOVVA الاسم كاسم لحسابك (يُحفظ مع حسابك ويُستخدم مثلاً لمخاطبتك داخل التطبيق ومن قِبل المساعد الذكي)، ويعرض الصورة كصورة لملفك الشخصي، ويمكنك تغيير الاثنين من ملفك الشخصي. تقويم Google ومهام Google منفصلان واختياريان: لا يطلب ZOVVA صلاحية القراءة والكتابة في تقويم Google (لمزامنة الأحداث) ومهام Google (لمزامنة المهام في الاتجاهين) إلا إذا ضغطت «ربط تقويم ومهام Google» في الإعدادات — ولا تُطلب عند تسجيل الدخول. كانت الإصدارات السابقة من ZOVVA تطلب صلاحية التقويم والمهام أثناء تسجيل الدخول عبر Google؛ إذا كنت قد منحتها حينها، يواصل ZOVVA المزامنة بهذه الصلاحية الموجودة دون أن يسألك من جديد. يمكنك إيقاف ذلك في أي وقت من «إلغاء ربط تقويم ومهام Google» في الإعدادات. إلغاء الربط داخل ZOVVA أو حذف حسابك فيه لا يُلغي إذن Google بحد ذاته — أزل ZOVVA من myaccount.google.com/permissions لإلغائه. Gmail (اختياري ومنفصل عمّا سبق): إذا ضغطت «ربط Gmail» في الإعدادات، يطلب ZOVVA إذن Google إضافياً للقراءة فقط (gmail.readonly) لرصد رسائل معاملات البنك والمحفظة ودعوات الاجتماعات — خطوة منفصلة عن تسجيل الدخول، تظهر فقط عند اختيارك لها. لا يرسل ZOVVA أو يحذف أو يعدّل أي بريد إلكتروني أبداً، ولا يقرأ صندوق بريدك بشكل عام: يبحث فقط في الرسائل الحديثة (آخر 30 يوماً، وبحد أقصى 90 يوماً) التي تبدو كمعاملة بنك أو محفظة أو كدعوة لاجتماع (بما في ذلك مرفقات التقويم ‎.ics)، ولا يقرأ محتوى أي رسالة إلا لهذه الرسائل فقط، على جهازك؛ ولا يُستخدم أي ذكاء اصطناعي في فحص البريد. من رسالة المعاملة يحفظ المعاملة المستخرجة (المبلغ والتاجر والتاريخ)، ومن الدعوة ينشئ مهمة عنوانها هو عنوان الرسالة. وتُحفظ معاينة Gmail القصيرة للرسالة (نحو 200 حرف) كملاحظة لتلك المعاملة أو المهمة؛ ولا يُحفظ نص الرسالة الكامل أبداً. وتصبح هذه العناصر جزءاً من سجلاتك: عندما تسأل المساعد عن المال، قد تُرسَل المعاملات الأخيرة — بما فيها معاينة البريد المحفوظة في ملاحظتها — إلى DeepSeek عبر خوادمنا كسياق (انظر البند 5)، وقد تُضمَّن المهمة المنشأة من دعوة بعنوانها عندما تسأل عن مهامك. ولا تُرسَل ملاحظات المهام. يمكنك إلغاء الربط في أي وقت من الإعدادات («إلغاء ربط Gmail»)؛ يوقف ذلك فوراً قراءة ZOVVA لأي رسائل Gmail أخرى. إلغاء الربط داخل ZOVVA يوقف وصول ZOVVA نفسه لكنه لا يُلغي بذاته إذن Google الأساسي الممنوح — لإلغائه بالكامل من جهة Google، أزل وصول ZOVVA إلى Gmail من myaccount.google.com/permissions، وهو نفس المكان الذي يُدار منه وصول التقويم/المهام أعلاه.

إذا اشتريت اشتراكاً أو حزمة رصيد عبر Google Play Billing، نستلم معرّف المنتج ورمز الشراء من Google، وتتحقق دالة سحابية من جانب الخادم من عملية الشراء مباشرة مع Google Play وتسجّل خطتك ورصيدك واستخدامك في سجل خاص بالخادم مرتبط بحسابك. لا نستلم ولا نخزّن رقم بطاقتك — تتولى Google Play الدفع.

قد يعرض ZOVVA إعلانات فيديو مكافئة اختيارية (عبر Google AdMob) تختار مشاهدتها مقابل مزايا داخل التطبيق. قد تجمع Google وشركاؤها الإعلانيون معرّف الإعلانات في أندرويد وبيانات تقنية ذات صلة لاختيار الإعلانات وقياسها وفق سياساتهم. يمكنك إعادة تعيين معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه أو إيقاف تخصيص الإعلانات من إعدادات أندرويد.

نستخدم Firebase Analytics لمجموعة صغيرة من أحداث الاستخدام المسماة التي لا تتضمن رسائلك أو مبالغ معاملاتك، وFirebase Crashlytics لتقارير الأعطال التلقائية (معلومات الجهاز/النظام والمسار البرمجي الذي فشل)، وFirebase Performance Monitoring لقياس سرعة التطبيق. لا تتضمن أي منها محتوى بياناتك الشخصية.

إلى جانب التذكيرات المحلية المُنشأة على جهازك، يمكن لـ ZOVVA إرسال إشعارات فورية، وهو ما يتطلب تسجيل رمز جهاز مرتبط بحسابك. تسجيل الخروج يوقف استقبال هذا الجهاز لإشعارات حسابك.

تُخزَّن بيانات حسابك باستخدام Firebase (Google Cloud) مع تشفير أثناء النقل وأثناء التخزين وقواعد وصول تقصر بيانات كل مستخدم عليه (والبيانات العائلية المشتركة على الأعضاء الموثقين في المجموعة نفسها). الصور الممسوحة تُعالَج وتُهمَل ولا تُرفع إلى تخزيننا.

تُحفظ بياناتك حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك. حذف حسابك من الإعدادات يزيل بيانات حسابك من قاعدة بياناتنا السحابية وتخزين الملفات — بما فيها ملفك وبياناتك المالية وبطاقاتك المحفوظة وخطط الحمية ومخزون الطعام وخزانة الملابس وسجل المحادثات والذاكرة ورموز الإشعارات — ويمسح بيانات التطبيق المحلية وقائمة الإشعارات المحلية على جهازك. يُزال أيضاً: سجلات الاستخدام والرصيد وعدّادات المعدلات على الخادم، وعضويتك العائلية وموقعك المشترك وأماكنك المشتركة، ومراجعاتك وإعجاباتك. تُمسح بيانات جهازك عند الحذف، وتتم إزالة جزء السحابة إذا كان الجهاز متصلاً بالإنترنت؛ وإن كان غير متصل فقد تبقى بعض بيانات السحابة ويمكنك طلب إزالتها (البند 17). الاستثناءات: (1) إذا كنت في مجموعة عائلية فإن العناصر المشتركة التي يعتمد عليها الأعضاء الآخرون (المهام المشتركة ومخزون الطعام المشترك وسجلات تحويلات المخصصات) لا تُحذف لأنها جزء من سجلاتهم أيضاً؛ (2) تُحفظ سجلات مشتريات Google Play (معرّف الحساب والمنتج والوقت) بقدر ما يلزم للفوترة والاسترداد والنزاعات والالتزامات المحاسبية، وتُحفظ سجلات الأمان والتدقيق لأغراض أمنية؛ وتُحفظ معرّفات مكافآت الإعلانات دون أي ارتباط بك؛ (3) تحتفظ Google Play وAdMob وFirebase Authentication بسجلاتها الخاصة وفق سياساتها، وتنتهي النسخ الاحتياطية والسجلات السحابية وفق جدول Google؛ (4) حذف الحساب لا يُلغي وصول تقويم/مهام Google — انظر البند 8. يمكنك أيضاً طلب الحذف عبر وسيلة التواصل في البند 17.

يحق لك في أي وقت: الاطلاع على بياناتك داخل التطبيق، وتصدير نسخة من بيانات الصحة والمالية والمهام من الإعدادات، وإيقاف Health Connect أو النشاط البدني أو الوصول إلى الإشعارات أو إذن الرسائل النصية أو الموقع أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون من إعدادات أندرويد، وإلغاء ربط Gmail من الإعدادات، وحذف حسابك وبياناته من الإعدادات.
